HP just announced the Pavilion Aero 13 laptop today. It’s the company’s lightest laptop so far, weighing less than 1kg (2.2lbs) and powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 5800U mobile processor coupled with AMD Radeon graphics. The laptop starts shipping in July and starts at $749, HP hinting that it should be able to upgrade to Windows 11 when the OS launches later this year.

Unlike other laptops that come in different versions, with a choice of AMD or Intel chips, the Pavilion Aero 13 is exclusive to AMD. This means that while it will be available in other iterations, you’ll only be able to order it with Ryzen processors.
